Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Cover shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform all duties of store employees including cash handling, stocking, and merchandising.
• Coach staff to upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with focus on growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking deposits and maintain driver’s license/insurance for deposits.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and assist in deli/QSR operations when needed.
