Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within Panda

Qualifications

Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial targets and guest experience goals.
Lead and develop team through training and mentorship to ensure store success.
Implement the store leadership training program and apply ongoing career development initiatives.
