Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, directing and developing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.

We provide an 8+ weeks leadership training program and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401K with match, PTO, and more. This role offers growth into management positions and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
