Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.

• Clear communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and some holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 10–50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build strong guest relationships in the community.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, and keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and DSD while protecting assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications.
