Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Store Manager in Houston to lead and execute store operations, drive revenue, and deliver an elevated customer experience rooted in sustainability. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will own sales performance, payroll alignment, and staffing while upholding brand standards and integrity.

The role requires a passion for customer engagement, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing retail teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and Monitor sales performance taking action to improve business performance when needed.
• Ownership of operational execution of store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
• Use a high level of business acumen to understand the business drivers and opportunities and build solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer first mindset to build loyal client relationships.
• Provide in the moment coaching for continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing to balance payroll goals and service levels.
• Lead merchandising presentation and maintain brand standards.
