Caleres is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Ohio to lead the store when the Store Manager is away, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will guide and develop a team, reinforce brand standards, and ensure the store presents well with up-to-date trends.

You will train and coach staff, manage daily operations, and support staffing decisions to meet goals. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store staff.
