Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals across departments.
• Manage store assets and ensure efficient operation.
• Train and mentor sales staff in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory and expenses to maximize profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to implement policies and goals.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation of employees.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to meet labor targets.
• Protect store assets and prevent theft with Asset Protection.
