Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies.
• Manage store assets and payroll to meet labor goals.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products across departments to promote merchandise.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Monitor inventory and expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
