Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage assets by overseeing designated store operations.
• Direct and oversee entire sales efforts; train associates in sales skills.
• Monitor store sales statistics, inventory, and expenses to drive profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Lead staff to complete all department responsibilities and standards.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and payroll scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security; work with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals.
• Convey marketing plans and stay aware of customer trends.
• Keep informed on competition and community events for opportunities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
