Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience preferred, especially footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years in management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals for the store.
• Manage store assets and payroll/schedule to meet labor goals.
• Direct and mentor sales staff across departments; coach in sales strategies.
• Monitor store operations including inventory, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and drive growth.
• Maintain security and prevent loss; coordinate with Asset Protection.
