Bridgestone Americas is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Bridgestone Retail Operations center. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong sales leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction and store performance. You will drive promotions, manage staff, and ensure efficient operations across the store.

The position emphasizes payroll tracking, training, and a commitment to service quality, safety, and community engagement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
