Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive store sales and promotions.

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and monitor competitors.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals; keep financial records up to date.
• Schedule, supervise and develop staff based on skill level; attend training as needed.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
