Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to uphold daily store operations, maximize sales and profitability through merchandising, budgeting and strong customer service. The role includes supervising staff, training, HR duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The Store Manager will drive performance by analyzing trends, controlling costs, and leading the team to meet KPIs. A 46-hour work week and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize and multitask effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff performance and customer service.
• Analyze sales trends to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train and develop store personnel.
• Manage store budgets and shrink reduction.
• Lead weekly store operations, scheduling and staffing.
• Travel to multiple stores within the district as needed.
