The role includes training and developing staff, assisting with recruitment and performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A 40-hour work week with flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task.
• Willing to work in multiple stores in district.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Provide training and development for store personnel.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training.
• Monitor shrink and inventory; ensure compliance with policies.
• Support customer service standards and merchandise counts.
• Work 40-hour week; flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
