Job summary

LGA Retail, Inc. (d.b.a. Little Green Apple) is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train staff on best-practice retail execution, drive sales, and manage daily store operations with a focus on service, inventory, and community engagement.

The role requires 1+ year retail management, flexibility for weekends, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment. This position is full-time with exempt status.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, including sales or customer service.
• Must be 18 or older and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Exhibits strong leadership and customer-focused engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with store and vendor partners to drive relationships and sales performance.
