Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Break Time Store Manager to oversee a Break Time Convenience Store in Missouri. You will recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff, and drive proven customer service while maximizing store sales.

Lead daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, cash handling, inventory and safety compliance. This role requires prior management experience and a high school diploma; MFA offers competitive benefits and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Prior management/leadership experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Working with customers— Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and encouraging the store team to do the same; consistently greet and thank each customer and provide fast and friendly service.
Day-to-day store operations— Oversee all aspects of store operation including daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management; maintain cleanliness and equipment.
Merchandising and sales— Ensure proper execution of marketing programs; manage pricing, promotions and stocking.
Supervising— Oversee general operations, schedule staff, train and motivate employees, enforce policies, and review time entries.
Financial responsibility— Manage store finances, control expenses, participate in audits, and meet sales targets.
