Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience required.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers—Provide excellent service and guide the store team to do the same; greet and thank customers and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Day-to-day store operations—Oversee daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management; maintain cleanliness and equipment.
• Merchandising and sales—Execute marketing programs, price items, manage promotions, and keep merchandise stocked and fronted.
• Supervising—Schedule and train employees; enforce policies; monitor productivity; conduct evaluations.
• Financial responsibility—Manage store finances; control shortages; participate in audits; monitor sales and expenses.
• Teamwork—Recruit, train, and motivate a team; promote a positive work culture; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Working with technology—Utilize store tech, perform shift reports, count products, and follow scheduling templates.
• Other duties as assigned.
