Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed store targets.
• Drive high-quality customer experience and resolve issues on the floor.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance with the team.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Manage cash, inventory, and store security; ensure brand standards.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver world-class customer service.
