Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Manage store operations including staffing, data reporting, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
