Job summary

You will manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and motivate the team to deliver world-class results while maintaining brand standards and achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season.
