Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our Cypress, TX location to lead a high‑performing sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team on brand standards, drive sales, and partner with HR to address performance and develop talent.

You will manage daily operations, merchandising, and guest interactions while building brand loyalty and achieving store targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet with recruiting, retention and team development skills.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a sales team to achieve store KPIs.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and drive sales.
• Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and store operations.
• Develop talent and foster accountability for store performance.
• Build loyal fans and recruit seasonal and core staff as needed.
