Job summary

Pandora Stanford Shopping Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team on site. You will drive customer experiences, coach a team of associates, and partner with leadership to achieve KPI targets while upholding Pandora’s brand standards.

You will manage operations, visual standards, and talent development in a fast-paced retail environment, with a compensation package including base and bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑centric approach.
• Sharp business acumen and ability to deliver positive results through data‑driven decisions.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop talent across a store team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve KPIs.
• Create a high‑performance selling environment with exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and coaching to drive sales growth.
• Partner with leadership to address performance issues and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely execution of brand standards and talent development.
