Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, is seeking a Store Manager in Katy, TX to lead our frontline team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will coach and manage assistants and sales staff, drive sales, and ensure brand standards. This role requires 3–5 years of store management in a high-performance environment and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in high-performance retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates
• Drive sales on the sales floor through customer engagement
• Uphold Pandora brand standards and visual merchandising
• Partner with HR to resolve performance issues
• Ensure timely implementation of store operations and standards
