Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates while driving sales and upholding brand standards across the store floor.

With 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment, you will connect with diverse customers, mentor talent, and collaborate with HR to resolve performance issues. A flexible schedule with nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to identify and address performance issues and policy violations.
