Job summary

Pandora is seeking an experienced Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team and deliver memorable customer experiences on the sales floor. You will coach Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

You will play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing talent, managing KPIs, and upholding Pandora’s merchandising and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with customers at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and strong analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet capable of recruiting, retaining, and developing teams.
• Experience with MS Office and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in brand culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Dare to exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operations.
• Build loyalty and brand ambassadors through excellent product knowledge.
