Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a store manager in the United States to oversee all store processes including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and staffing. You will recruit, train, evaluate performance, and ensure policy compliance while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and presentation.
• Staffing, training, performance evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Ensure cashier accountability and strict cash control procedures.
• Open/close the store and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels and in-stock targets weekly.
