Job summary

Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager in Oak Brook, IL who will lead store operations, drive sales, train staff, and uphold our values of animal testing-free and ethical skincare. You’ll recruit and develop a diverse team, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while promoting DEIB and sustainability.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising standards, monitor KPIs, and grow talent from within, aligning with Lush’s brand promise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
