Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible full-time associates receive medical, vision, dental, and 401K with company match, along with paid time off and many other perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and mentor store team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
