Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hiring, directing associates, and driving financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, hands-on paid training, and ongoing development opportunities. Eligible full-time associates enjoy comprehensive benefits and a path to management

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
