• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of a single store including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
