You will hire, coach and direct associates, manage operations, and participate in a structured leadership development path that prepares you for future General Manager roles. Comprehensive paid training and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership training and development pathways to progress toward General Manager.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming in-store environment.
