Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and communicate with store staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training and developing Associates and leadership teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire operation of the Store to meet Company standards.
• Coach and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and store expenses within budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies across all areas.
