Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders for store management roles. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role provides leadership training and development along the path to GM.

Successful candidates will enter a 12+ week leadership training program and participate in a GM certification track, with support from the Panda community and a strong development culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
