Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including personnel management and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role serves as the initial step in Panda's leadership path toward GM, with comprehensive leadership training and a clear promotion track.

Successful candidates will participate in over 12 weeks of leadership training, complete evaluations, and progress through a GM certification program, with ongoing development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead store-level training and development as part of Panda's leadership pathway toward General Manager (GM) readiness.
