Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store team toward success through hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for the role.
