Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to open/close, work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to hit financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs to prepare for advancement.
• Ensure all safety, food quality and sanitation standards are met.
