Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team and drive the operation of a single store. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The company offers an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. We value flexibility: you must be able to move within a 50-mile radius and work a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays driven by business

Qualifications

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Participate in or oversee a store leadership training program lasting 8+ weeks.
