Job summary

Panda Express in Texas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals. You will hire, coach, and direct associates, and you will participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

We offer a development-focused environment with mentorship within a strong Panda community. Candidates must relocate within 50 miles, be flexible for opening/closing shifts, and hold a Food Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
