Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit and develop leadership, manage stockroom, front-end, and sales floor activities, and ensure daily execution of company standards.

The role requires strong people leadership, adherence to policies, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. This is a full-time on-site position at our Albuquerque location.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Ensure compliance with Ross policies and local regulations.
• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and easy to shop environment.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service at all touchpoints.
