Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring that company standards and best practices are consistently met while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

The role includes recruiting, training and developing a leadership team to deliver sales and profit results. You will manage the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with policies, and drive customer service programs and

Qualifications

Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.

Responsabilités

Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, Associate scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission, and Payroll reporting as needed.
Manages Store to ensure a clean, neat, easy to shop environment and represents the Ross brand at all times.
