Royal Farms is seeking a Store Manager in Eldersburg, MD to lead a high-volume convenience store, retail and restaurant operation. You will build teams, drive performance, and deliver our world-famous food-service experience every day.

This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on operational excellence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of fast food or retail management with full operational accountability.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform basic business math and operate computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management of associates and managers.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, merchandising, and compliance across the store.
• Lead community engagement and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty.
