Job summary

Responsibilities include directing store activities, managing schedules and performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires 5+ years of retail management and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reports and records.
