Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, multi-million-dollar store operation in the United States. You will coach a team of assistants and associates, drive sales, uphold our values, and ensure a world-class shopping experience through strong leadership and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of retail management in big-box or specialty environments, a flexible schedule, and the ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of company policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandising, operations and service management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar sales volume and expense budget; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates; onboard and coach team members; develop learning activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with district/regional teams and store partners.
