Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Texas to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

You will mentor and coach team members, collaborate with district and regional partners, and uphold Burlington SOPs to drive results. The role requires dynamic leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to creating a trusted, respectful environment while managing merchandising, operations, and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established policies and initiatives.
• Partner with merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing; collaborate with operations on inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget, and review related reporting and records.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring of associates to meet staffing needs; onboard and train new team members; provide ongoing coaching.
