Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a big-box or specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar sales and expenses; review reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, onboard and coach associates; oversee payroll budget and scheduling.
