Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and customer service to maximize sales.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and coaching of staff.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and workforce efficiency.
