Job summary

You will mentor and coach associates, drive excellent customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management. You will own the store’s success, collaborating with district and regional teams and delivering results through strong leadership and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing to meet store needs and provide onboarding and coaching.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising and Operations teams.
• Manage mult-million dollar sales volume and expense budget, with reporting and record-keeping.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and model Burlington SOPs for leadership presence.
• Partner with district and regional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
