Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing in partnership with Merchandising.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and payroll budget; review reports and records.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff; coach for performance and growth.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure high standards of customer service and operations.
