Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Texas to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive results, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor and coach associates, manage day-to-day merchandising, operations and service, and partner with district and regional teams to uphold Our Burlington values.

The role requires a proven leader with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build trust and drive results across the store team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates per policy and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and standards.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement and promotions.
• Coordinate with Operations on receiving, transfers, RTVs, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead with Burlington SOPs and strong presence.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget, with reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; coach and develop staff.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling.
• Facilitate communication among store, district, regional teams and partners.
