Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor and coach associates, drive sales, and uphold Burlington’s values while delivering a world-class shopping experience.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, staffing, onboarding, coaching, and cross-team collaboration with district and regional management to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Oversight of store operations to maximize sales and ensure customer service excellence.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising and Operations teams.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty (MOD) and manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses.
